1. The service

Tentful is a tool for creating lightweight event pages ("rooms") where hosts can collect attendance and RSVPs from guests. The service is provided by Francesco Bertocci LLC ("we", "us"), a company based in New York.

2. Accounts

To host events you need an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tentful.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tentful to:

  • Break any law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Send spam, harass other users, or collect data deceptively.
  • Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Host content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence.

We may suspend or remove rooms and accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the event content and participant data you put into Tentful. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to run the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect any guest information your forms request, and for complying with applicable privacy laws.

5. Service availability

Tentful is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Francesco Bertocci LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tentful. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free use, is zero).

7. Termination

You can stop using Tentful at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that causes risk to us or other users.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will note it on this page by updating the date above. Continued use of Tentful after changes means you accept them.
